"One of the most terrible experiences I have ever had. They have rejected my taxes for the last 3 years, I have called Mrs. Rosario week after week and they never answer the phone and when they rarely answer it she only gives me excuses, if I go to her office I hopefully wait about 3 hours for to take care of me, and it is the same to hear lies from her, finally today, tired of her incompetence, I hired a certified accountant and he helped me contact the IRS and we discovered that my tax applications were being rejected due to certain errors committed by Mrs. Rosario. It is very frustrating to deal with all of this. I have had such a frustrating day collecting the information that the IRS is requesting from me and I keep thinking that I paid more than $250 each year to this lady to do my taxes and now I find myself involved in fraud. according to the IRS. So if someone reads my comment, believe me, I am not publishing it to damage Mrs. Rosario's image, but her services are rather a disservice, and it is useful, please always make sure that you are paying a certified accountant."
