"If I could give less then one star I would. Something has definitely changed with this place after the pandemic. I have been working with the owner Mark. Gave him a deposit in March for a bronze plate. In April I noticed the year was incorrect and notified him of this. It took him to July after decal calls and text to correct the year on the design not the actual bronze plate the pdf they send you to approve. Then I had to remind him I had a balance to pay according to his policy you pay a deposit and balance after you approve the design all should take 4 to 6 weeks. We are in the 5th month of me waiting for the bronze plate to be made. I called today; he spoke to me as though I was bothering him for checking the status. I approved the design July 5th it’s Aug 21st he says it’s 4-6 weeks after approval of the design for the bronze plate to be installed. I’m guessing he’s a one man shop but still 5 months later excuses and attitude is unacceptable."
"My daughter finished paying for her daughter's headstone in Jan of 2024 with the promise that it will be put down in April of this year, it is now mid July .They keep giving her the run around with excuse after excuse . We are going to give them the end of the month to put it down or we will take legal action for a full refund... I recommend everyone to always look at reviews before you do business with anyone ...This company is horrible at customer service and fulfilling duties. Avoid at all costs.I also will be calling BBB."
"Absolutely outstanding service at this Bloomfield headstone company. Mark went above and beyond to assist me with my grandmother’s headstone on very short notice. His empathy and professionalism were truly appreciated during such a difficult time. Highly recommend for anyone in need of compassionate and efficient service."
"Mark was warm and helpful from the second I walked into his office. I explained how my aunt's name took forever to get on her stone and we didn't want that for my mom. He ensured that my mom's stone was clean and engraved prior to her service (5 days later.) He was very meticulous regarding the proof and checked 3x on placement and wording. I now asked him to help me make a bench by my mom's grave."
