"I wanted to update over a year later, I never received my refund, nor a reply. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Absolutely a scam artist. She entered my routing number twice for my refund as opposed to routing/account number. Refused to assist with fixing the error, never returns phone calls or emails. So a year later I’m out $5k and need to find a new accountant. I had been going to her for years and always provided documents and payments on time. Highly disappointed."

Always late for Tax return deadlines and when I call the office they make promises that she will apply on time or she did but she never does. She never answers the questions or notify you. After calling the office few times they told me that she filed Taxes for me but after 5 minutes she emailed me to find another accountant. On the last day to file the taxes"

"I have been a customer of Nelly for years and had referred her to my husband. Unfortunately, she did a really sloppy job working on his business account. These are the things she did that is why I would not refer her ever again to anyone: 1. Did not file the taxes for his company even though he reminded her 2. Lies about processing the payment for taxes. 3. Does not provide you with any supporting documents that payment was process. 4. Unprofessional and puts the blame on him when he got penalize for taxes not paid due to her mistake. 5. Does not take responsibility for her actions. 6. Unresponsive via email or by phone. I am very disappointed in the way she handles my husband account and this shows me she is not reliable. I will not recommend her ever again to anyone!"

"Me and my whole family have been customers for 7 years. Only now I realize that there are much better CPAs out there. They does their work just to be done with it, and charges and arm and a leg for it. Office staff is rude beyond words, they treat you like you owe them something. No one in the office wears a mask but demands that you wear yours. Also, I was surprised when they make constant mistakes, I'm wondering how many mistakes they made in my previous tax returns. If you go to them make sure to check every single letter and number because it could cost you a lot of money and time."
