"Is Lt. Sculco still employed @ P.D. If so....it's a crime ! I just saw his unhinged performance from 2 years ago, and I'd have to say it looks like the tyrannical performance of the year. There are 3 types of cops : 1. Good (less than 25%) 2. Average (greater than 50%) 3. No Damn Good (somewhere north of 25%....unfortunately) Sculco scores near the top of class #3. Get rid of the Jackass!!!"
