"Really unhappy with the bookkeeping services at Unloop. Please note that if you go for a low priced plan, the accountant will not go over your file personally. They outsource bookkeeping internationally, which doesn't really bother me but should be noted if you think you're hiring a 'local' company. I hired a new accountant and bookkeeper and she found so many issues with the way my consumption taxes were logged. Very simple mistakes that you can see when comparing the invoice to the numbers logged, I have no idea where some of their numbers came from when analyzing the invoice vs what was entered. We have been trying to resolve issues for the last 4 months and it is very difficult to get a resolution. Even before I hired a new bookkeeper I had to spend many days going through every transaction for 2022 and asking them to fix multiple mistakes with loggings on Quickbooks. I really hate to leave a bad review and normally I stick to the rule 'if I don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all', but I'm getting really tired of dealing with the mistakes and not getting any support from the owner."

"Mike and his team provided exceptional service and quality reports for our small business. I was quite impressed with their ability to methodically request the appropriate data and then independently make sense of our finances. The requests were timely, structured, and polite, and the reports were accurate, professional, and reliable. Lines of communication were constantly open on Slack and email. Questions and responses were addressed usually within minutes and I could always chat over the phone/webcall whenever I needed to. I even had a few new supplier relationship dynamics they weren't used to, but they jumped in head first to figure it out for me.
