"MARC SAMPSON NEEDS TO KNOW THE COMPANY IS TERRIBLE COMPANY ! THE FEMALE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS VERY RUDE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED! In addition the landlord reports wrong information to them and they only go by what the landlord says. I have a balance that is not correct and they will not remove this balance. I now have to get an attorney involved!! Basically I was told by the female who answered the phone if the landlord says I owe $500 they automatically put that amount on my ledger to pay even if I do not owe that amount. This is crooked !!! And I will be following up with an Attorney !!!!"

"There is a female I can tell she doesn’t like her job. She is the most rude person I have seen in my life. this girl She definitely needs some customer service training and people skills training. I will not ever allow her to assist me again in the future. She was RUDE AND VERY VERY ANNOYING. I'm sure she does not enjoy working there!! Her attitude expressed it All well enough. She just said she’s not gonna help me because she does not feel to do it."

"Such a garbage company that needs to be shut down, extremely aggresive rent control and would ready to evict you even if you were an hour late on your rent being late if they had the power to... First time renter at a place under them and late paying your rent once??? That's too bad you get denied from using their payment portal and they use this in hopes that you get your rent late more often so they can charge the late fees and eventually get you to court if you slip up. They prey on you and hope you slip up so they can get their cut. My apartment complex is bad enough to go with these guys and they are the worst rent collection company ever... These guys need to be shut down!"

"There is one female worker that was there Friday August the 10th very early in the morning she was there when the company opened at 8 30 AM. I can tell she does not like her job because her attitude was very unpleasant for the early morning hours. I kindly asked the very nice gentleman to assist me and he did without hesitation, KUDOS to him as he is always there with great energy and excellent customer service skills. But this girl She definitely needs some customer service training and people skills training. I will not ever allow her to assist me again in the future. She was RUDE AND VERY VERY ANNOYING. Hint: she also needs some advise on how to dress for work, because the way she was dressed appeared like she had just rolled out of bed. I'm sure she does not enjoy working there!! Her attitude expressed it All well enough. I would have complained to the man that was in charge whom was inside of his office busy working at the time but Cleary I was on my way to work, and I had expressed that to the young girl but she continued to be so unpleasant. She had Very poor ENERGY!!. I so Wish that lazy people like her would just stay at home, and keep their lazy A$$es at home if they do not want to do any work. If the job no longer is a fit give it up!!!!"
