Even though my parents have done taxes with her for 10 years, the moment I asked for a tax paper for my college financial aid was the only time I personally called her and told her I needed help. . I waited a week for her to get in touch and she didn't and so far I haven't received a single message or call from her. She decides not to respond to the messages or calls. Unfortunately, it is not professional at all because its customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time as she responds to calls and messages when it's at her convenience.
