"I went to pick up an item that’s been there for more than a week because they couldn’t deliver it to my place. She told me to pick it up the day after and I know it was simply because she did not want to look for it. Also came up with the excuse that packages are taking longer to get there because of the storm when I know my package got there way before it !!!"

Give people a break, they're short staffed and can't get help due to tight restrictions and eligible people are not looking for a career that may close without any notice and they deal with awful attitudes all day. "This post office is a hot mess. The workers are loud, rude, and ghetto. The inside looks dirty and unwelcoming. It needs to be shut down and remodeled. There are always long lines with one worker at the window, and what's unacceptable is that the office is supposed to open at 9 a.m., but the workers will open the doors a half hour or an hour late. Sometimes they don't have money orders, and the system is always down."

"Moet's behavior has been both unprofessional and inefficient. She closed the USPS location for an hour to take a break, and upon returning, took an additional 15 minutes to get to her window. Instead of calling the next person in line, she inquired about everyone's purpose there. I was informed that I needed to buy clear tape to cover the duct tape on my package, then proceeded to talk about me to the next customer before ultimately denying my package. Would absolutely never recommend this location.Truly miserable and absolutely the worst service I've experienced in a USPS."
