"Placed an order for 5 items, 3 days later I received an email stating "The items on your order are not available. The order was cancelled." Decided to browse Eichler's website and... the items are still offered; however, their price went up 66.74%! Worst shopping experience ever! B"H there are plenty of Judaica stores, many of which I've used in the past, with excellent products and outstanding customer service."

"If you care for your money do not order from this place anything online!!!! I made a big order, the store didn’t had the quantity in stock but they still had decided to take the order without being transparent about that fact. And then one day I just got the order, it was 3 weeks after the latest delivery date. It was too late for me and I had nothing to do with the shipping at that point cause I had to buy it from a different store. Immediately when I got the delivery I tried to return it, but there was no answer for almost 2 weeks. Then when I finally got a message back from them they said I have to understand that it was a big order and that’s way it came late, but from the other side they said I have to return it myself and then get a refund. Since I’m a private person and not a company, the delivery was over 350$ which is more than what’ve paid for the order! When I’ve told them that they started to answer me very rudely, first they said they don’t have any phone number to contact them and the communication is only via email. The person didn’t even identified, and was so rude, at the end he even had the audacity to tell me I can’t return the box anymore cause it’s too late. Finally I found the store number, and ask to speak with a manager. First time they said they will call me back and the second time the person I was speaking to just hung up on me in the middle of the conversation! I’ve never dealt with this kind of costumer service, it was very humiliating situation and rude! Despite the fact I’ve never got my money back, I was also humiliated by their costumer service! This is not a store you can buy online from, because they for sure don’t have the system to do so."

"First time ordering tzitzis, nothing shipped. After 6 weeks and many emails they finally sent them. Stupidly I tried to order again, lol and behold they send the wrong sizes. Still waiting for a resolution 2 months later. Not holding my breath. Customer service is non existent."
