"Good service always responds to email. Thank you, Baruch, hashem"
"Amazing seforim. Excellent website. Well priced books. Wide selection of all kinds of different sefarim"
"Fast shipping, arrives in excellent condition (well packed) and good selection of both Hebrew and English-Hebrew translated essential texts that are often hard to find in English (Arts roll Talmud Bavli, Rambam's Mishneh Torach, etc.) Prices are excellent and lower than others such as Amazon, etc. But the cost of shipping evens it out. The main thing is that you can purchase the entire sets or single texts of the entire series one at a time, whereas most of the sellers on Amazon and elsewhere sell either full sets or just the first few texts in the series. The only two downsides I would say are: 1) customer service is impossible by phone (there is no telephone number on the web site, and even though I found it elsewhere, the one time I got through I was told to email or call back later when that department would be in) and contact by email is sufficient but rather blunt. And; 2) Inventory is not directly linked to the online web store. The site allows you to place orders for books/items only to receive an email later that an item is out of stock, your order was partially fulfilled, and you were only charged for the remaining items of the order (if any) that were shipped. The "upside" is that when the missing or omitted item comes back into stock, you get an immediate email notification. But you still have to place a new order (with new shipping) only to hope it's once again actually still there... Overall, I've placed two direct orders and am very satisfied with the prices, shipping speed, and quality of items, even during these times of COVID reduced staffing. As my studies progress into further volumes, I will definitely be ordering from them again."
"Where retail bookstores buy their books (seforim); open to the public. Best prices going for what they stock. 97% Hebrew. However, they carry all Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan's z"tl catolog; Breslov Research Institute and complete Torah Anthology -Me'Am Loez in English."
"Giant selection, maybe the largest in the country. Highly recommend if looking for hard to find sefarim."
