We actively engage with local Planning and Zoning Boards to offer recommendations that enhance fire safety measures.

In addition to these responsibilities, we investigate all complaints related to fire code violations from civilians, borough departments, and external agencies, ensuring prompt and appropriate enforcement actions are taken. We are also proud to maintain the Borough's Municipal Fire Alarm Signal System (Gamewell Signal System), which provides an efficient and cost-effective means of transmitting fire alarm signals from protected buildings directly to the Fire Department's dispatch point at Police Headquarters.
