"Every time I try calling nobody answers the phones I mean I can understand there is at least one person there but still pick up the phones and say please hold this place as well as the Belleville office on Main Street are the worst"

"25 minute wait on a Wednesday afternoon because only one clerk is available. Giving this review a few stars, only for her efforts, as there should be more support available to keep this line moving. Unfortunately, it is the only decent post office in the area, otherwise I’d avoid this one at all costs if I had an alternative. The parking is terrible too."

"I continue to reside in Belleville and use the Nutley mail services for the past 15 years. 2 reasons: good proximity to where I live and great decorum in service delivery. I just wish the post office waiting area is wider. Their customer base has gotten bigger therefore lines are longer. When a specific service is not available you get information on where to get it. Keep up the good work! It’s not easy coming to work these days. Thank you for everything! :-)"

"Great Post Office. Often busy and you may have to wait in line for a while but this is something that has happened for a very long time and has not changed with any post office. It's too cold now to social distance outside wish they let you go inside and wait. Whatever the post office saved with cutting down on cost this year should be put into distributing logs to keep yourself warm while waiting in line outside. Parking is a plus! Thank you for holding our packages, huge part for continuing business with USPS."

"Poor customer service. Not only they don't care if many people are in a long line, also one staff who usually stays at the first window (from the right) is quite unfriendly! Wondered if USPS top managers ever bother themselves to check out these reviews or ever tried to address complains about this location!"
