"I am not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from. This place is very very dirty. The price is high, but Extra Space Storage doesn’t bother themselves to do basic essentials repairs. Dirty walls, cracked floor, roaches. It's unpleasant to be there. Attaching short video of hallway and my unit front the inside. Also the carts are very inconvenient. Please invest money and buy normal carts for customer’s comfort."
"JUAN is a STAR! His assist to secure my storage was amazing and Juan went up and beyond. Then I opened the storage space and almost fell it. There was SOOO much room and for the price!! I was paying just as much downtown for 1/4 th of what I now have. People, come up to Harlem and find ExtraSpace! Wont be sorry. Trust!"
