"I like this Brooklyn Public Library New Lots that much like they have GED classes and the teachers are very nice and polite they teach the students to explain the classwork assignment and go over if the students need extra help they explain step by step everything also give website homework touring or their assistant worked with them."
"Love this branch. They do adult GED CLASSES FOR FREE. You will have to take a math base exam first."
"The library needs better upkeeping, Staff is okay, not the greatest for Librarians. They close the bathroom at a certain time, when it around away open until closing. Not too crazy about the location neither, its not too safe."
"This library is disgusting, They let nasty people in here, The janitor that works here does nothing, He doesn't mop upstairs on the first floor or sweep, Bathrooms are disgusting 90 percent of the time, Most security guards let people get away with a lot of things especially kids and babies when the make loud noises and there be many fights in here when there isn't security around, Not the worst library in Brooklyn, But it's terrible nonetheless. The best part is when the bathrooms are actually clean, Nobody bothers you."
"My First Graders love the VOX books. They've almost listened/ read all of them. The librarians are friendly and attentive a d the facility is well kept. It's remarkable that it isn't over crowded. It's a much needed service with hours suitable for everyone."
