"There needs to be more enforcement of quietness from both visitors and the ladies behind the desk. People are studying. However, the library is beautifully kept."
"Friendly and helpful staff. There are so many activities for children and adults to be engaged."
"A great neighborhood library. Very small, quiet, and clean. I like going to this location to do research on the computer and also look at books. Today there was a vision pack to take home which I thought was a fabulous idea. Inside the vision board pack was a large clear palette as well as two pages to create your vision board. This location is very close to Rochdale Mall 2 where you can go to the bank or Dunkin Donuts or visit the local variety store!"
"I visited this library today after living in the neighborhood for the last 3 years and it was my first and last. The library is extremely small, super noisy and unfortunately the staff doesn’t address the noise levels. Even staff helping with computer requests was entirely too loud especially for such a small space. Resources were limited the librarian tried to get me some basic information to no avail in the location but was redirected to online (which was fine). The children section was cute and clean. Library is entirely too cold during October the air was blasting!"
"Library is very nice and useful, by default. The staff in particular is what makes it worth a visit. Considering it has been quite some time since I last visited a library, I always have questions, to which the answers might be pretty simple and often are. The staff, however, handles and answers my questions with respect and care. If they treat me like this, the children for sure must get red carpet treatment! Simply asking that you keep it up, it will not go without notice!"
