"I use to go here back in the 90 they have more book now it look empty not a lot of good book to read I miss the way it use to look like back in the day never have a book I want to read at all"
"This place has such a large selection of books for both adults and children and has a wonderful play area for kids with a big play kitchen and all kinds of plastic pots, pans and play food and blocks. Your children will simply love it!"
"The staff at this location are not very helpful or friendly. I went with my young daughter to get some books and didn't have a pleasant experience. The ladies at the main desk once you enter the library are not welcoming. They don't smile or speak with a nice tone of voice. When I asked a question, they are aggravated and borderline rude in their response. I visited many locations in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan and this is the only branch that I encountered rude employees."
"Update: Library Staff seems rejuvenated and more polite. Keep this as a cooling center. Open the same hours as the vaccine center. --- Previous review Horrible lines around the block for vaccine shots for 1 year now. No books or Enrichment for children. That sends a message that Ozone Park doesn't deserve a library. Ulrich and queens politicians failed the area. Library or Vaccine Center?"
