"I visited the lending department at Jersey City Free Public Library and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The card application process was quick and easy, allowing me to start borrowing books without any hassle. The library is well-organized, with nonfiction books divided into two rooms and a separate section for fiction. While the ordering of books can be a bit confusing at first, it’s great for exploring new titles, and the staff are always quick to help you find what you need. A fantastic feature is the ability to place holds on books online and retrieve them from any branch. This adds a lot of convenience and flexibility to the borrowing process."

"Very well maintained with separate sections with good book collection. I liked the children's section. All staff members are polite and friendly. Good place for the book lovers. They have different timings for each day which are displayed on the main door (check photo of the main door for timings)"

"Great librarians and a decent collection of books. All you need is a photo id with address proof to get a library card. Rooms to read, study and use computers if you need. I love to get lost among books with nothing but the sound of silence; especially in the Biography section :)"
