"Updating review. The computer issues have been resolved. The other staff member was more helpful this time around. This library is spacious and clean. However, spaces to work with your laptop plugged in are limited. There are bathrooms located in the basement- but I’ll check if there’s an accessible way to get there."
"I picked up the book I ordered as usual in the library ,but couldn’t find my book. So I asked for the help from a staff member, she was so rude and impatient ,Just like she was the slave owner and I was the slave. Even after we found it somewhere else under another name, she still said I should look everywhere. I told the manager I wanted to file a complaint against her. They refused to tell me her name and tell me that I can do whatever I want. So as they wish… If you don't want your day ruined stay away from this library and those ugly women ."
"Libraries in general a great resource for every community member. This location is very well maintained and cannot recommend you enough to visit!"
"The process here is so easy to reserve a book in the app, checkout with the app, and then return in the box. I'm in and out in 90 seconds. When I reserve books they usually become available from other libraries in under a week. Love how easy and modern the process is"
"My experience here was behond amazing. I was there on Saturday with my two lil girls and was welcome by this positive fantastic person called Ms.Lucy. she gave us all the information about upcoming events. I live in fresh meadows and will comeback to this library instead of the one near me because of the love and care I received that day. Highly recommend. On saturday there was a Dominican music concert photo booth and face painting. Ms.Lucy was also super sweet and handed out stickers for the lil ones."
