"Most of the staff at the front desk here don’t really care and are a bit rude, that’s why I don’t like to plan a day to go out and return my books. I had an experience here when I was trying to scan my books and go home, but my library card somehow didn’t work and I kept trying to put in my password, and I knew it was the correct one. The black lady with glasses at the front desk said “do you know your password?” And I said yes I know for a fact that this is my password I did not change it, and she said that then it isn’t correct because it’s not going through and just kept repeating the question. This lady didn’t even try to help me, she just said that I should know my password already and she also asked for my “ID” and I responded with “I don’t have an ID my parent signed me up” and she was like what? And acted so shocked. I was calling my mom worried that she changed the password but she didn’t. I went up the center where there’s clear walls on the desks with plants, and there was a guy there working on the computer, I asked him what was wrong with my card number and that it wasn’t working and he took my card and asked for the password and fixed it, after that I took my books and left. Due to this guy, I got my books and I’m really grateful that he was there. Some people in their work shift are only there for the money and aren’t mindful of others who are present"
"Great place to use a computer if you don't have access to printer at home, Microsoft word, and the library ladies are really nice."
"Its alright. It’s okay when you have headphones in to block out some of the noise (which is fine, the kids section is great). Nice staff. Bathroom is piss poor though, and it smells like piss ALL the time. Literally, it’s hard to sit and work when your nostrils are being attacked every minute. Docked from three stars to two because when a very loud and aggressive man was hanging around the teens section trying to scan some paper or whatever, none of the staff helped. This dude was literally hitting the table and mumbling like a crazy person but staff just let it happen despite there whiny literal kids around him."
"Cozy spot for reading. Staff is super nice. They helped me with the computer and gave me access. Got to beat after-school magic hour. :) This library allows to print 20pgs free after that ea page to print is 15 cents."
"The staff uses their outside voice instead of realizing that this is a library where people come for a quiet space, but they do not care. They talk so loudly without any consideration of others trying so study and read. Plus there are no quiet area. This library is a waste. You’re better off staying home"
