"It is painful to me to give house of Allah a 1 star rating, but Im not giving 1 star to the Masjid. Im giving 1 star to the mgmt for not keeping the google profile update. Today is July 31, 2024 and I walked to the masjid address provided on Google at 165st and when I got there, I saw notice that location has moved to 435 E 166 street, which is about half a mile away. I walked there in the Summer heat only to find out the masjid is closed (117pm). I called the phone number on the large fundraising sign to find out why Masjid is closed at time of Dhuhr, I was told they are not yet praying 5 times prayer, only Jumuah prayer. May Allah taala reward the community for their effort in establishing a Masjid, but my humble request to keep Google profile updated with correct address as well as open the masjid for all 5 daily prayers. Places of sin are open 24 hours, can we at least open the Masajid for 5 daily prayers? This masjid is close to the court houses which have their share of visitors, some of whom may be looking to pray, like myself today. JazakAllah khair."
