"They called my number one time and people was talking loud on their phones and I couldn't hear anything and they told me I wasn't paying attention mind you I was here 3 hours waiting these people are really rude it seems like they don't even wanna work here they all scum bags go anywhere else but this place you've been warned !!!!!!"

"This office (and I think most SSA offices) are only taking appointments by phone. Be aware of that before making an unnecessary trip. That being said, my mother and I had a wait time of under 5 minutes and were treated with the utmost humanity and respect. They were able to resolve 2 of our 3 issues expeditiously and were honest about their backlog regarding the third. We were grateful to have had a compassionate human on the line who was able to treat us with excellent customer service and make helpful suggestions to allow us to, eventually, resolve our remaining issue. Overall, we were very impressed."

"The worst experience ever. If was possible to give no stars i would, security guards have more professionalism than the staff. The staff was very rude, no customer service skills at all, including the supervisors. Should re evaluate the people that work there, i understand now why there is so many armed security, i dont blame the customers for getting in any way upset. You must always be pleasant and cordial in any position were you deal with many ppl daily if not please stay home or get a job that suits your unprofessionalism!!"
