"Clean & bright. Staff very friendly and helpful. BUT.. "need to teach ALL yes ALL of the STAFF more" about how to use the computer to print. Print from different venues like print from someone's "Email" or print from their "cellphone" any documents or from cellphone print like a Court document or a medical report from a seperate link a Medical Portal for reports. Or print a "SCREEN SHOT " from a "cellphone" . Also open up on weekends have longer hours because people have to work on weekends and can't be there during the early day hours. PLEASE."

"The library is clean, organized and there's good light to work, but there's absolutely no control of silence. Libraries are supposed to be quiet, so people can read, study or work there. There're almost always very noisy students (some of them even disrespectful), sometimes kids running all around, and there's absolutely no control of that... Sadly, if you're looking of a quiet place to work, I do not recommend this place... but otherwise the library is so nice and clean, and the staff is very polite and kind"

"When I was in the Union City Public Library I wasn’t very jubilant in the community I entered in. There was this lady that was very disrespectful and unkind. When a group of kids came that sat themselves down and they were eating and the lady came up to them and said “ hey sorry you can’t eat here, the sign says it, you can leave, bye Felicia “ The expression “ bye Felicia “ was very hurtful going to me even though I wasn’t the one in that group when she told that to poor little kids, I was very hurt from this, in the disrespect she was towards these kids. I came to the library to do a project and I was simply just taking a video and this lady comes up to and says “ Sorry, you need permission to take a video to the director and I say no “ This lady was nonstop disrespectful I do not now her name but I have never seen so much disrespect in my life. My visit wasn’t the greatest."
