"Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Communication. I am extremely disappointed with Weill Cornell Medical College and their billing department. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a $30 billing error, they failed to respond and instead sent my account to a collection agency without any prior communication. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Their negligence and unethical handling of the situation have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend their services to anyone."

"My story is a cautionary tale of negligence at the hands of Weill Cornell Psychiatry. I was treated at Weill Cornell by a 4th year resident named David Pioquinto. He was supervised by Dr. Jason Kim. He prescribed me Latuda, a medication known to cause tardive dystonia. When I started experiencing symptoms, nobody seemed to recognize what was happening to me, even as my condition became severe. Then the doctor took me off of the medication COLD TURKEY without titrating me. I am now permanently disabled for life. I hope my story inspired them to teach their residents about the side effects of the medications they are prescribing, so this never happens to any patient ever again."

"Good Hospital always busy. This location is 1305 York Avenue for Weill Cornell Medicine. Masks are still required when you are in this building and they still follow social distancing guidelines. When you have an appointment your wait time is always minimal. The Hospital was exam rooms are very clean and the med techs in the lab . - the service is great.. everyone worked together to process all the patients…"
