"the lady was so rude and not helpful, just being over the phone and ignoring customers. i left without buying anything and she was yelling “hey” while i was leaving. the albums are overpriced too anyway."
"I called in to see if they had a specific book. They found it quickly, reserved the last one since we live quite far away and told me info about the book. I didn't feel rushed off the phone even when they were busy with customers, and also with Korean not being my strongest as I speak Konglish. Appreciate them for reserving esp for how far mom lives."

"recommend! The people in this store are really friendly. He will update books and CDs regularly. You can also call to order. I bought two copies of MAP OF THE SOUL7. Since I often go back, he gave me 4 posters! The price is medium but much cheaper than the Manhattan bookstore. If you are far away from Manhattan, you can go to bandi books to buy it."
