As part of our commitment to innovative education, we are excited to be part of the NYC Reads initiative. This groundbreaking program aims to transform the way reading is taught across New York City's public schools. By introducing science-of-reading and phonics-based learning methods, NYC Reads will support students from early childhood through to high school graduation. Over the next two years, the initiative will be rolled out in two phases, with an investment of approximately $35 million next year for teacher training and coaching to effectively implement the new curriculum.
