"Paid for parking in a rainstorm w 2 peopme behind me, i hit max time to expedite and ended up w a $69 bill and no recourse. Ive reached out by email but no response be careful and read every screen"
"Paid for parking in a public lot using the parking meter for the assigned lot. Was charged to my credit card, came out to a ticket. Not able to plea not guilty without a receipt which wasn't printed because there was no more printer paper in their machine. So not only did I pay, but I have to pay a parking ticket that I didn't deserve in the first place. Customer Service was not helpful at all. And the parking attendant that gave me the ticket refused to talk to me. Strait scam."
"Peo M. Traiger badge id 50 unit 299 is an absolutely uneducated ticketing writing baboon. He has ticketed me 3x now for parking my pickup truck in a residential zone. They told me because my personal vehicle had a ladder rack that it’s considered commercial they told me if I took my latter off that I would have no trouble. So now that I came to visit my girlfriend for Thanksgiving I leave when yet again another ticket, even with my ladder off. The vehicle is registered as a personal vehicle with no markings or logos. So fort lee parking authority is a cesspool for legal extortion with zero customer support or solutions. I asked if I could register my pick up with the residence they informed me that they won’t provide any solutions, except go to court sir add all of your new tickets to your court case. They need to be shut down or re-educated and should be here to help the public not extort them."
"Let me start off by saying just how rude and obnoxious this parking authority can be. I received a parking ticket by PEO A. Soto because I parked on the Fort Lee side. Mind you Fort Lee, cliffside park and palisade park share common streets that they share. Please keep in mind in these common streets that they share there is no parking signs. ZERO nothing indicating that Fort Lee begins here. I figure i fight this in court. Upon arrival you are able to speak with the individual who issued you the ticket. She was not only rude and but nasty individual person (PEO. A. SOTO). I spoke to the prosecutor very understanding of my situation, and said '' I HOPE YOU WIN". Ms. SOTO commented and said '' I HOPE YOU DON'T". Long story short the case was dismissed. As I walked aways I replied back to Ms. SOTO ''Thank you very much''She looked upset and I left with a smile on my face. P.S. Fort Lee start putting up signs and stop being lazy, it does not cost much to do so."
"The lady who work there so rude all the time to everyone and doesn't do the job right. She gave me a parking spot thought that it was empty but it has been already owned by someone else for a long time. Four days later when I about to tow away that car she called and said she made a mistake. I have been using and paying for my parking spot over 3 years and all of a sudden I started to get parking tickets everyday. I went there and talked to her and she insisted never got my check. Even if my pay was late they should warn me first not just start to give out tickets everyday. Couple hours later i talked to her she called and told me found my check sitting on her desk, but I had to go to court and pay the fee anyways. I got sick of dealing with her and these incidents I canceled the parking lot. Be careful dealing with them. Because she made mistakes you have to pay the consequences."
