"RICHARD YOU ARE SO HELPFUL AND AMAZING! Showed me all the ropes! Helped me package my item, suggested the right packaging, and let me use a sharpie because I came unprepared! Thank you Richard! You are amazing And then there is the blonde lady! I get it we all work under pressure but damn her attitude has got to go! The only nice thing she does is say” sorry for the wait” everything else is a ATTITUDE! What’s so wrong in her say that she can’t be nice to people! Please help her fix her attitude! Oh and the girl training I feel bad for because that blonde lady is so disrespectful and rude to her! The new girl is also doing AWESOME!"

"I have already lost two valuable packages shipping at this location and past employees have been so unprofessional at handling it. I don’t mind people being rude to me because I can careless and spend no energy, but watching them treat others unprofessionally makes me ill to my stomach! This new lady with short hair and glasses, was rudely telling the lady in front of me ticking the pen on the plastic protective window to direct her due to the patron’s lack of English skills. She seemed very impatient and annoyed. It really hurt my feelings as this is a neighborhood post office catering to a lot of Korean-American immigrants and other immigrants. I live a block away from this location but I had always frequent to the Ridgefield location. It is totally different at level of professionalism. I’m standing in the line today, the same employee (instead of welcoming) said ‘I need to stand behind a patron infront of me’ which I was already behind. When I told her I was already behind, she insisted telling me I was making the line sideways that others will come and form the line side ways and it will be a disaster. What? I have to post this so the owner of this location sees it and make changes to my neighborhood post office!"

"The postmaster (her name is Millie) at this location is rude and impolite. It’s so bizarre. I live in Palisades Park so I use this office often, every time when I’m there, I come out with frustration. She talks down to her employees, she never tries to help customers but speak so rude and LOUD. Last 7 years I’ve prob seen the staffs here changing more than 20 times. I’ve never seen one staff staying more than few months. Palisades Park Post office needs a new staffing. So so bad."

"I was told I couldn't ship out a package because I used black duct tape to seal it. The lady was extremely rude and it was pretty obvious she just didn't want to do anything for the last 90 minutes of her shift. Brought it to a USPS down the road in the next town over, and told them the story. Clerk laughed in a "that's absolutely ridiculous I'm sorry you had to deal with that way" and told me she's had a ton of issues with the person running that post office too."
