Since 1937, we've been proudly serving our community, moving to our current location in 1956 to better accommodate our growing collection and services. Our library offers a welcoming environment for people of all ages, complete with a rich selection of books, free Wi-Fi, computers, and a variety of classes and programs designed to educate and entertain.
Whether you're seeking a quiet place to read, engaging activities, or educational resources, our library has something for everyone. Our first floor features an extensive collection of adult, young adult, and reference materials, while our second floor is dedicated to our vibrant children's room. Please note our new policy: e-bikes, e-scooters, and electronic transportation devices are not allowed inside any NYPL location, a rule that does not extend to mobility aids.
