"Yes we had my mother-in-law funeral there and when the service was over they were rushing everyone out like literally rushing them to leave.in the burial the same rushing to end the service fast.very unprofessional not taking in consideration this is the last time we will see our loved one.and yes it was at your place Moddana Im going on 35 years in Passaic I should know where we had the service."
"Horrible and very unprofessional. First, on the day of my grandmother’s passing, the staff arrived in regular clothes— particularly, 3 young men in sweat pants and hoodies just walked into our home with no acknowledgement to the family nor any announcement that they were from the funeral home. There was no type of uniformity amongst the staff whatsoever. The ceo also came into our home with not so compassionate energy and was nasty to myself and my family. She and her staff kicked us out the house and wrapped my grandmother up in less then 4 minutes and were rolling her out in a rush. There was NO genuine compassion that night, nor was there the day of the services. With the restrictions due to COVID-19, the services were already limited, which we were already aware of. Understandable and out of our control. However, my family was rushed out after the services very rudely. In fact, Madonna continued to reiterate to us that she has been up since a certain time and has to be up the following day at a certain time, clearly insinuating for us to leave quickly. It literally felt like we were being pushed out. One staff member was talking to guests coming to pay respects very rudely, which afterwards, many complained about it, however due to this being a hard time, many let it go. As they arrived, because it was cold, she told guests they can sign the book afterwards to keep the line flowing. However, once they would come back to sign, she would direct them loud and aggressively, to exit the building, so this caused a lot of confusion and congestion. Some viewers of the live stream also stated they heard someone who seemed to be staff talking to guests and even their own staff members very rudely. As we entered and began our first hour with our loved one, it felt as though we were being monitored with Madonna standing right by the casket not giving us a chance to just be. As we arrived to the funeral home, we were not greeted by anyone. We got to the door, was let inside and was told Madonna was still upstairs getting dressed and ready. Very unprofessional of the CEO. As we were saying our final goodbyes, another staff member in the back seemed frustrated and stated “i wish they would hurry and leave out so we can clean up”. In one of the most difficult and vulnerable times for my family, we were definitely taken advantage of and the services we received were very poor. I wouldn’t recommend if she was the last funeral home in business"
"Madonna is the truth she is caring and compassionate and real. She is not to high that she ever makes you feel less then she will cry with you and walk with you through it all . I have seen her do it. In the passaic area i would highly recommend you use her services."
