Reviews
"The bookstore has nice tee shirts and hoodies"
"Didn't answer the phone so i went and wait 10 minuts in the receptionist area then i ask for the Master's in Computer's and they tell me they think they don't have that so they went back to see ect ect a terrible video production in the receptionist well, it was a bad first impression."
"The professionalism and courtesy given to the customer/student depends on the employee. Also, there should be more books available for the students but of course we are then told the book store is not owned by Mercy which then leave students without their books especially if they registered late. You can’t hold someone accountable for registering late with someone who registered early and had all the time to get their books. Stop stereotyping and help students out by providing more books. Before I forget, when you go online and search under your course number do not buy the books the store is recommending, 9x out of 10 your class does not use the book or the bookstores recommendation is not the right volume or year; email your professors first to make sure. Good Luck!"
"Great campus. Good transit system which includes shuttle to and from 6 train, bx 31 and bx 21."
"I previously reviewed Mercy College giving it a stellar review until reality came to fruition. I applied to grad school after an exceptional undergrad history, but denied entry into free graduate courses at the MBA level, they say I owed a balance, but if the courses are free, this wouldn't be an issue, unless this is a bait and switch marketing tool. Choose wisely!"
