"I visit this office on 03/06/24 it was packed about 40 people waiting & 3 active employee, what made my experience seamless was the security guards Curtis Richards & Kevin Mcbridd, they are very informative and understanding . I had to update my grandmother direct deposit & both guards made it a priority to get us seen along with all the others waiting. Thank you guys so much! If anyone has to go to this office just know they are understaffed."

"The worse office to call to. I called several times after 9am when they are supposed to be open, and couldn’t reach anyone, but a long Automated message, which then switches you to be connected to someone live, which never happened. I kept being disconnected, unable to speak to anyone live. I’m going today after making several applications online and was trying to call to see if I could go there to get the replacement social for my child and I can’t get to anyone so let’s pray to god I get through today or I will come back and leave another bad review. I’m not calling to talk to someone for fun I’m calling because I need help, and I can’t schedule an appointment online cause it doesn’t show this office and the one it shows I can not possibly get there when it’s opened due to my job. Ridiculous!"

"I went in around 11:30 am and left by 1:30 not a long wait at least for me. If you have documents your better off handing them to a person. Never use fax they have a old system and NEVER put your paperwork in the drop box. Always Face to Face so you can see the job get done."

I need to confirm if they received my Medicare B forms, if not I need to make an appt to drop them off in person, I have not been able to reach anyone. This office has a terrible service rating, now I see why. Not everyone can get the answer they want online. They need to speak to a live person from their local office. This office need to be checked into."
