"Update. I'm impressed called for massive branch pick up and they came within 2 days. Great job."
"At least once a week I have to call the office to let them know that the garbage, recycle and or grass clippings have not been picked up. Today I called in regards to the garbage not being picked up last Monday, they told me somebody will come, nobody did. Last week they picked up the cardboard but not the cans and plastics."
"Thank you Clifton DPW for your prompt response when something was forgotten to get picked up. Office staff is also very friendly. I appreciate it."
"Called with an issue about pick up, the guys on the truck skipped my house. When I called to follow up the woman who answered the phone was rude and condescending. Like she expected me to know how to do her job and the protocols. After 10 mins, I was finally able to find out that someone would come and check my house and potentially take the garbage. I understand mistakes happen, but there is no need to be rude to people who are asking your company for help."
"Horrible, my wife and I just moved to the area. And the refuse to take our recycling, we separate by plastic, aluminum and glass. So I have to hand deliver it for them, why am I paying taxes here?"
