"Horrible horrible place. I go to ship things everyday to another post office. The woman named JANA there needs to go. She couldnt scan an item i nedded shipped out asap because she was to lazy to do her job"

"Horrible customer service. Each question you ask is met with sarcasm. The clerk was very unprofessional and didn’t even wait for me to leave the counter before calling “next” to the person behind me. Although this location is closer to my home, I will drive a little further next time for my postal needs…in order to get decent customer service."

"If you could - avoid this location. It has dropped so much in recent years. The only good worker I've seen in the front is John. The other ladies are never helpful, their extremely slow and recently realized the Af.-Am. ones are also racist. They make white people go back in line but help other ethnicities right away and allow them to skip the line. Also, if you have a line of 15+ people idle chat should be cut to a minimum. They look at you like you're in the way. Absolutely no customer service. If you note anything about their behavior - they refuse to service you or make it even slower and more inconvenient."

"Clifton Main Post Office is one of the most conveniently located post offices around. Located on Main Avenue just one block off Clifton Avenue on one of the primary hubs of southern Passaic County, it has expanded hours of operation which really helps people at times. There are however, numerous drawbacks to coming here. Foremost is that the windows are almost always understaffed, and even if the lines are small, the wait can be excruciating, especially if you are in a rush. And of course being a post office, practically all the customers have complex needs, which means (especially if there are just one or two clerks working) that lines and waits can become interminable. Best suggestion is, if you want to use this post office, do it early in the morning and not wait until lunch and afternoon rush hours, because the lines can reach 15-20. Another irritating aspect is THEY NEVER HAVE PENS TO HELP YOU ADDRESS YOUR MAIL. This is the only place I have ever seen this at."
