"Always have had positive experiences when ordering from Fulcrum Gallery. Glad to see they are doing business again. Have a great selection of artwork. Excellent online art."
"I ordered a Christmas print from this company expecting it to be great quality since their pricing is so high. The print was horrible, it was blurry and not at all what I expected. When I inquired about returning it, I was advised they would retain $40 of what I paid for shipping and I would be responsible for paying shipping to return it. Return shipping cost me $69. I returned it on simple principle....I am not keeping a print that I am not hanging in my home and either throwing it in the trash or storing in the attic just to trash it in years to come. I'm not sure where the high ratings are coming from because this company does not sell quality products."
"I was disappointed that 2 frames had noticeable scratches on them. I think there should be someone that reviews them before they go out. Even though the frames were scratched they did not pay for shipping so buyer beware. I did like the prints. Michaels is cheaper for frames and they did a great job."
"I ordered a large Edward Hopper reprint framed from Fulcrum Gallery three years ago. It was excellent and the frame was attractive. I hung the painting very carefully in a guest bedroom and it looked great. Unfortunately the frame fell apart at a corner over time from gravity. When I brought this product failure up with the Fulcrum Gallery manager. I suggested the frame be put back together locally and that Fulcrum Gallery pay part of this cost. The manager told me belligerently, "We won't spend a penny on you," and informed me that the guarantee time limit on their products was thirty days. I believe that Fulcrum Gallery should provide better support their product, recognizing that product failure does not always manifest itself within a very short time frame. Fulcrum Gallery claims that its products are of high craftsmanship, but they no longer have my trust. I have selected 1 star for the service. Rod Gerwe. ."
"Don't waste your money. Paid $350 for a framed Warhol. Very disappointed. Very cheaply framed. Print is visibly wavy under cheap plexiglass. Frame is cheap plastic with poor mounting clips that you are supposed to screw to wall. I had to go out and buy my own wire. Back is cheap cardboard. Paid $80 for shipping, which is non refundable, so I'm stuck with poorly (but NOT cheaply) framed print."
