"How are you expected to provide evidence of a broken parking meter. My only obligation is to pay for my space, which I did. Not not responsibility to have the town's meters in good maintenance."
"You better care about actual CLEANING during “cleaning hours” as much as you care about giving tickets within those hours without any cleanup for months, hypocrites. I’m expecting my curb spotless daily as you expect me not to park there!"
"It looks like the entire staff at the municipal complex is angry, underpaid, and hate their jobs. They get upset when one asks a question or have a concern, is an aggravation to deal with the public. And is every office, tax office won't even look at you, clerk doesn't know anything, building, public works, public safety, I mean, every office. Please give these people a rise maybe they'll cheer a bit, taxes are high enough in hackensack to make city employees happy to work there."
"If you’re assigned Judge Steinhart for your family court case, I highly request trying to request another judge. He favors the father in most situations - a very popular opinion of most mothers I’ve spoken to- and in my case granted visitation regardless of all of the concerns I had about criminal activity and neglect, which has now been having a huge negative impact on my son. It’s been almost 6 months since he’s returned to his father’s, and we now have Family Crisis Intervention and multiple therapists involved with him, not to mention multiple meetings with the principal. I truly don’t believe Judge Steinhart took my case seriously whatsoever, and just assumed me to be one of the young mothers that hold their children from their fathers. Very poor judgement for a “man of the law”, and now my son is suffering for it"
"The women at this office are extremely rude and lack customer service skills. I called in today requesting information regarding an upcoming court date and Liz literally yelled at me, she was extremely unhelpful and confrontational for someone who works for the city of Hackensack. Liz refused to provide me with her full first and last name which really had me appalled. If you don’t feel like you did anything wrong why did you fail to provide me with your full name? I then called back asking for a manager and who ever answered the phone was rude and confrontational as well. These women need to terminated and positive helpful people with excellent customer service should be hired. I will be in next week to write a formal complaint on these distasteful women."
