The phone is not working. They have not refunded me the money for the books they received. It’s been three months now since the books have been returned and nothing they just took my money."

"Ordered my husband some books that had got returned due to nudity and also what the jail considered gang related. The mail room at the jail gave me a hard time. First I called Special Needs and they sent my husband proof of delivery to go along with his grievance and that is when we found out it was returned, i called a couple weeks later and the representative Darin who handles the online orders was great. He was able to find the order and credit my account so I can order immediately. Thank you for assisting me."
