"Very unpleasant experience talking to Marian Tanis about my grandmother's crypt. She was very confrontational over the phone and unpleasant to deal with. Who hired this woman who is supposed to represent a place of peace, comfort, and rest. She is the opposite. The Catholic Church in charge of this cemetery should be ashamed and embarrassed."

"WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE CEMETERY???? BEEN GOING THERE SINCE 1972... NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS.. WENT TO PUT VASE, FLOWERS, SOLAR LIGHT, PINWHEEL AND STUFF ON THE GRAVE FOR MOTHERS DAY COME BACK ON FATHER'S DAY...WHERE IS MY STUFF????? AND what's up with Marianne Tannis??? I think she needs a personality adjustment!!! To be working for the archdiocese!!!"

"I went to go visit the crypt of a relative and didn't know where exactly it was located. I went to the office and the nice girl gave me the info I needed. I go to the mausoleum and absolutely nothing is marked. The corridors, levels and crypt #s are not marked at all. I spent over 30 minutes trying to find the crypt and I finally go so disgusted and I left. How do you not mark anything? Try putting up some signs so people can find things."

"I am sorry to say the area my Mother is buried (in the wall) by Mc Lean Boulevard was so dirty today (1/20/22). She is outside in a long corridor. The corridor was so dirty with garbage and other things that have blown in from the outside. I did my best to pick everything up with my hands. In the meantime, a worker was sitting in a cemetery vehicle doing nothing for 40 minutes. It was 3:00 pm. Next time I will brink my own blower. Under the stairs is damaged cement under the stairs and the floor has rust all over it in front of the elevator door. Please check this area. Thank you."

"The Diocese of Paterson, NJ who is in charge of this cemetery should be ashamed of themselves. This cemetery if not well cared for. Ground level headstones are covered with grass and weeds growing over them burying them forever, larger headstones are falling over and you can see the tracks of large machinery running right over the graves of loved ones, leaving the ground uneven and dangerous for visitors attempting to visit the graves of loved ones. This place needs major improvement!"
