"The worse customer service ever! Is all about the attitude; reluctantly to help the customers and community. If you want to see a place where employees only care for their paychecks and not the customers, this is the place to go. With this kind of inhumane behavior it tarnishes all patersonian's. When patersonians go out to work at other towns, the people in those towns think of us as the worst and it mostly comes from the poor customer service in a place like this."

"They close at 5, I arrived at 4:35 to wait in line, I needed to send a box, the boxes are hidden inside, the lady when she helps me tells me there are a few minutes left until closing if it's enough I said yes, and it happens the checkout, when I finished I had to stand in line again, and I was already missing one person to get through and she told me to come back tomorrow, what a terrible customer service, it made me waste a lot of time, she doesn't explain and she thinks that one She knows everything as if one worked there, she is very rude, I know she wants to leave early but then why doesn't she close the door at 4:30 so she can leave at 5 o'clock and that way she doesn't waste people's time there? inside providing bad service"
