"I would like to gratitude the security guards for being so kind and helpful thank you so much for your support. I was at the Social Security office for my brother who is very sick at the moment. they said that he applied for part A and not B and that he refuses to take part B. We don’t understand what is part B and they didn't explain the process because he spent one month trying to communicate with Social Security. On August 16, 2024 we went to Social Security Office to request if they can help him because he really needs part B in order for part a pay for the hospital bills. A very nasty, rude, undesirable person interviewed us and he told us that there’s nothing they can do. He said that my brother has to pay a penalty of Ten percent of what he makes. In order for him to get part B. My brother is a veteran from the Navy eight years Services since he was 18 years old, now that he needs to help with the government because he got sick in the The Navy they’re refusing to provide him for what he works for."
"The place was very crowded. Since I had an appointment, I was called right away. However, the representative I saw was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes and speaking unprofessionally. She also became frustrated with me for not understanding her when she kept asking for my social security application and meant my marriage license. Not a great experience."
"The unprofessionalism is appalling. They hung up on me 10 consecutive times. That is not an exaggeration. When i finally got on a call with someone they said i was breaking up. Then i called on 3 separate phones. Saying the same thing. They would selectively answer my questions, indicating they did hear me. There is no accountability within their department."
"Waited 6+ hours during which we were just told to just sit down and wait. Some of the reps were just chatting and laughing amongst each other and walking around. Once it was finally our turn, the rep didn't even look at any of the paperwork. It took 2 minutes with her until we were sent home. Got there at 8:50am, walked out at 3:44pm. Most ridiculous, unprofessional staff."
"A pleasant experience. Firstly, everyone was friendly, especially the security officer. I came in with my toddler to take care of something and the organization with seating/waiting was just phenomenal. I waited about an hour and a half, which I think is great timing for any place that allows walk -ins (no appointment necessary (I came prepared with snacks/toddler entertainment). I didn't have an appointment, so I expected to wait about 3 hours- I used to work at a Dr. office and I know how backed up a place can get. It really is a hit or miss with the wait times. Although I went on a day where my toddler was having a good day, I also looked up their busy days/hours on google and tried to pick a time/day that was the least busiest/ that worked with my toddler. I ended up going on a Tuesday around 2 pm. Taking care of what I needed was very fast ( I made sure to have all the documents I needed in order to complete my task). So I'd recommend just coming prepared to wait- if coming with toddler/children make sure you bring diapers/snacks/entertainment that isn't loud, or a book or something for yourself. Also, I recommend looking up everything you need to complete the task at hand. If you don't come prepared with all your paperwork, you may have to come back. Their website, for the most part shows what you may need to bring. If your unsure- just call or bring everything you have."
