"Really disappointed with this subway. The "locally owned" subways don't honor subway coupons.... That is just a way to not get less money for the food. Did anyone make them realize that once you get the customer, you have created a partnership. I'm not okay with this. You try to support the business, however, things like this make me not want to. I won't be going there ever again."

"This subway has substantially fallen in quality & customer service since new owners took over in ~2021/22ish. I used to be a heavy frequent there as a freshman and sophomore at Iona. Food was great and the 3 main people that worked there were awesome. Now it’s dreary, the most mid sandwich you’ll ever have, and terrible interactions with the staff. This subway desperately needs new management."
