"I can't edit my one star review concerning fireworks to note I am happy that fireworks celebrations weren't held this year in New Milford.You may be interested that one reason is that it is much better for air quality when fireworks celebrations aren't held. "I am writing this review in hopes that fireworks will not be held next July 4th. I was deeply disturbed because even though I live perhaps one mile away from where the fireworks took place some of fireworks that went off were so loud that I was very shaken. I had sent many emails to a person close to the Mayor which discussed how unhealthy fireworks are. The Center of Disease and Prevention says ' July is Fireworks Safety Month. Take care to protect your hearing.Fireworks can exceed 150 db.I am 64 years old. Thank you for reading Brad"
