"I'm a customer of Citizen bank for few years now. I entered the bank 5min before closing and Jason Parker helped me with everything I needed. He stayed with me after hours until we get everything done. I would like for Citizen bank to recognize him as a great customer representative that went above and beyond, ( not only with verbal recognition but with a financial appreciation). I offered to leave a tip but he refused. Nowadays the best appreciation is the one reflected in a pay check. The other option is to leave customers to tip the representative for their extra time.
