"This historic bridge carried the Erie Railroad across the Pompton River. The original stone piers remain from the 1800s. Today the bridge is undergoing a major renovation converting this former freight rail line into a multi use trail. It’s unclear exactly when the bridge will reopen but the restoration looks beautiful. So glad a historic bridge like this is being saved and used again."
