Located at 10 Llewellyn Avenue, Hawthorne, New Jersey, the Hawthorne Fire Company #2 is a dedicated volunteer fire station committed to serving the community with excellence in emergency response and fire prevention education. Our mission is to protect lives and property by responding efficiently to emergencies and educating the public about fire safety to prevent unnecessary tragedies.

Join Our Team

We invite community members to become a part of our organization through various membership opportunities, including Active, Social, and Junior Memberships. Our Jr. Firefighter Explorer program is tailored for teenagers aged 14 to 18, offering them a chance to learn about the fire service and contribute to community safety. Community Engagement

We believe in fostering strong community ties and encourage you to participate in events like the National Night Out, where you can meet your local first responders, explore our equipment, and learn about our Citizens Fire Academy. This event has been rescheduled to Wednesday, August 28th, from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm at the Bandshell.
