"This court is a joke the prosecutor looks like he’s trashed, also I’ve never spoken to a more disrespectful person in my life for a traffic ticket. I guess no one loves him. It shows. Judge is okay I guess. Clerk is very rude and pretentious, you’re a court clerk you do not need to act like that."
"These are some very nasty people! When you treat them the way they treat you; they can't take it. Extremely uneducated and unprofessional. Be careful-they strategically avoid sending you court notices, so your matter can be dismissed or a warrant can be issued."
"Extremely impatient. I simply called as a follow up to virtual court to find out about making a payment. I was promptly told that an email was sent same day and the young lady rattled off an email address and time the email was sent. I quickly checked my email but found nothing. She asked if I needed the email resent, I politely said, "yes, could you please?" Completely exasperated by my need for assistance, she said she would and promptly hung up. Still haven't received the email. Happy holidays."
"Extremely disrespectful I have never had to encounter someone so rude in my life, and these are grown women that should know better. I do not understand the reason for taking a job dealing with the public when you do not have any public service skills. Still, from what I’ve seen by the rest of these comments, this was not just a one-time thing, and they were not having a bad day; these are simply terrible employees. Something needs to change."
"I was extorted and robbed in this courtroom. Unless you are "from" haledon, avoid this town at all cost. Also, the ladies at the window are some of the worst and most bigoted public service employees I've ever encountered. Customer experience may vary I presume. God bless."
