"I would give this bank even less than 1 star if I could. The lines every time you go in are 15 to 20 people long. With one teller. But at least 5 people behind desks, just watching the line get longer. If branches are closed in other areas, like Orchard Park , and East Aurora , then it just makes sense to have more tellers at the only available bank in the area. The only way I got to move faster in the line was when someone left. Not everyone has 45 or more minutes to spend in a line at the bank."
