"If you want a bank that works, has great online options, can setup google wallet and has plentiful ATMs, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Seriously! The level of ineptitude from this chain of banks is unbelievable! I've had consistently better experiences with USAA located in Texas, and I live in NY! Outside of the counter staff, I think this place is run by a bunch Alzheimer patients. If you want to do anything online, you NEED to be at one of their physical locations to sign up. They'll tell you that you can do things over the phone, but I've gone eight years without online banking and 6 without key on my phone because they couldn't verify identity every time I've attempted. God forbid you need to update the expiration date for your card on any app, get a new phone, or receive an update from the app store."

"Bad location. Terrible ATMs maximum withdrawal is $300 outside and inside. Both machines requiring card differently. Representative said it was $800, clearly their customer service information needs updating."

"I've been with this branch since it was HSBC, before it moved locations. They always have a great, helpful, friendly staff. I'm on a first name basis with most of them now. The staff is great and there's not much turnover that I can see, so you get a great customer service experience pretty consistently here."

"Dominick opened up a savings account for us today, and was super helpful throughout the whole process while being very personable and friendly. We thought the bank was open until 5, and showed up around 3:45, but the tellers and Dominick were more than happy to help us and weren’t rushing us or anything even though they close at 4. We offered to leave and come back tomorrow, but they were insistent that they could help. The entire experience was enjoyable and didn’t feel like a chore...Alyssa talked to us quickly as well and was also super nice. Overall, everyone was really nice and Dominick was a cool dude.
