"Outright refused to cash and deposit my PAYROLL check (not a personal check). I have cashed and deposited several PAYROLL checks at other locations and did so once the week prior here but I was refused today by their teller and manager due to “company policy” claiming they could be “fraudulent checks”. Oddly enough, I was able to go to the branch up the road and cash and deposit my PAYROLL check with no issue. Save yourself the trouble."

"Waited 30 mins for a paper to get notarized and left. not once did an employee ask if they could help us. All walked by like they didn't see us. Horrible Horrible service. Do not recommend going there."

"Have 2 drive up teller windows and seems like only 1 teller working both. I know with covid 19 not at full staff however should not have to wait for 30 to 60 minutes to get service and get done."

"i dont usually do reviews but me and my fiance have been with first niagara for awhile when key bank switched over we were locked out of our online banking we did call and ask why we were not part of the 100 dollars they were giving everyone who was locked out i was told i would see or hear something by monday or tuesday of this week well as usual customer service not that great have heard nothing nor have seen anything... the merging was very inconvient my bills were all late not a happy customer ...anthony rokitka and jacqueline hickmott"
