"Would give no star if possible. They mail your marriage certificates now without even telling you that they are mailing them regular postage and even though i was married over a month ago, they tell you it might come hold on, after stating i never wanted this mailed and it is in fact lost and was never even offered to have it mailed certified, they are allowing me to pick it up in person, but only after hanging up on me and freaking out like a child over the fact i thought i paid $11 more, so sorry Phyllis, I meant $15. The point is i am not paying you a second time to lose my documents like Spam again. You're wrong, fix it that's it, no need to try to prove a point with someone on the one thing they said that was an error. You messed up the bigger picture, i messed up semantics."
