"Got pulled over by a trooper driving home from the mall at night with my family. I was cruising with average traffic speeds in the far left lane and he had pulled up behind my car with no headlights or sirens. As I notice him and move over to the next lane he puts on all his lights and pulls me over. Proceeds to tell me he will give me tickets and to pay them because he wrote them and I will receive no points. (Apparently its a common scam by this zone) Speeding, failure to keep right, and reckless driving is what I received. Fought the case with a lawyer and got all points removed from the bogus tickets and now three years later I am getting a failure to pay notice in the mail with a due date 3 weeks ago. I call the office as instructed on the mail and when I finally get the receptionist, Patricia, she is screaming at me as I am calmly asking her what the mail about. "I don't have anything to do with the court or your mail! You pleaded guilty! You have to speak with your lawyer." Worst experience with a court system and zone by far."
"Received a ticket a few weeks ago but the staff has been very rude and unhelpful in advising on how to proceed. Spoke to a male receptionist and he was condescending and rude. Immediately gave attitude and did not help someone who does not know how to proceed after getting first ticket. Very insensitive and do not advise speaking because he was unhelpful and had no knowledge of what their job is. Not sure why he still works there. Could not get his name because he hung up on the call."
"I would like to thank this Court for being kind and humane towards me. The Court and Court Staff worked with me while my family has been working through difficult times. The Judge and Prosecutor were polite, courteous, helpful, and kind. I was in such disbelief of the kindness by the end of the hearing that I cried happy tears. It was nice to know that humanity is existing with justice, at least at this Court. Side Note: I do believe the courtesy was extended in part because I did maintain regular communication with the Court and was responsive."
"a court run by complete crooks. the park police pulled me over and issued a ticket for FAILURE TO HAVE INSPECTION without a word. while my car has a valid repair sticker, and i even showed the police my inspection report. the officer just said: go talk to the court. Then i appealed online with no response at all. I also emailed four times to all possible court email addresses. For sure, i mailed an appeal letter and called sever times with no one picking up the phone. However, the court has been closed for years after covid and does not accept visitors, only zoom virtual courts but no guidance of how to attend. So basically they blocked all ways you can reach them, but keep sending you threatening mails and jacking up the fine every time. after half a year's unfruitful trying to appeal and contact them, i just give up and paid them for their evil behaviors. Can't believe this is america. Ironically, they are one of the richest counties in NJ."
"1)Not even professional you. 2)They dont pick up the phone and arguing with you on some nonsense. 3) gave you a court date, links, number every things they dont pick it up and now they telling you you missed your court date."
